Rental Policy

The hirer must have an acceptable International or Thai driving license.

Vehicle shall be returned in the same condition as when rented out.

Upon receiving the vehicle, hirer is charged a security refunded deposit of 5,000 THB for vehicle rent below 1 month and 10,000 THB for vehicle rent above month. This deposit if refunded upon returning the vehicle back to us after deduction of damage charges and fuel compensation (if applicable)

The hirer shall only utilize the car inside the Kingdom of Thailand.

In a situation of an accident unregistered or uncovered by insurance party, the hirer is responsible for any damage compensation.

The hirer shall return the vehicle at the same time as they rented it out at and pay a late fee in case they need to return the vehicle later in the day. Late fee differs from vehicle to vehicle.

We do not provide the hirer refunds for premature return of the vehicle.
