Lovely and aesthetic, Villa Alice provides extended facilities for a more comfortable stay with a warm feeling of being home. This villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is one of our newest projects. The main house suits 3 bedrooms with king size beds, one of which is a Master bedroom with a separate bathroom For guests who prefer full privacy there is a separate guest house with a separate bathroom and a work table.

Living room suits a dining table and opens up a magnificent view onto the swimming pool. Living room connects to an extended comfortable kitchen with all the cooking appliances and cutlery you might need as well as a bar. At the terrace a beautiful recreational area with a dining table, separate bathroom and a kitchen will make your pastime even better. As well you may enjoy an ample swimming pool, BBQ area and well-groomed tropical territory.

Villa is located in Baan Dusit Pattaya Lake - a luxurious village which has public facilities and bonuses to it such as tennis and basketball courts, professional fitness centre, recreational zone, playground for children, a fishing lake and a whole private water park! Territory inside and around the village is well-planned and creates a perfect trail for morning walks as well as evening promenades.
